Melo-Tea Fest

As part of the Darjeeling MeloTea Fest 2025, the Darjeeling Police and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) proudly introduce D-MTB, an exciting mountain biking race set against the breathtaking landscapes of the Darjeeling hills. Scheduled for 12th December 2025, this event aims to promote fitness, adventure tourism, and the growing mountain biking culture in the region.

Organised with the support of the Darjeeling MTB Club, the race features two competitive categories: Open Male (all ages) and Male Masters (35 years and above). Participants will challenge themselves over a 42-kilometre course designed to test endurance, skill, and determination across diverse terrain.

With a registration fee of ₹999, riders will compete for substantial cash prizes across both categories, including awards of ₹50,000 for first place, ₹30,000 for second place, and ₹20,000 for third place—amounting to a total prize pool of ₹2 lakhs.
