D-Create is a dedicated platform launched by the Darjeeling Police and the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) to celebrate digital creators, content innovators, and creative professionals. The initiative highlights the region’s emerging digital culture and offers a space for artistic expression, collaboration, and digital entrepreneurship.

Who Should Participate

D-Create invites influencers, designers, filmmakers, podcasters, social media creators, digital storytellers, and other creative professionals to showcase their work, engage with audiences, and network with peers.
